Cast Iron Grilled Steak
What’s new guys? Well, I’ll tell you what’s new with me. Remember how my fridge is broken? If not, see my Chili Lime Chicken post to read about this tragedy (and for a bomb recipe). Well now, the oven is broken! What can I say? When it rains, it pours.
Luckily, the stove top still works, phew! I have a pretty solid cast iron pan collection and they have come in handy during this no-stove issue. It’s pretty straightforward, but there are some tricks that will take your steak to the next level and will leave everyone asking you for your pro-tips (and steak tips).
Now excuse me while I sneak a bite of ribeye…
