  • makes 3-4 servings


  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup Non-dairy milk (coconut milk)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 whole eggs

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup coconut flour

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chives for garnish

  • Parchment paper (optional)

  • Tessemae's Creamy Ranch for dipping (optional)

  • Makes 3-4 servings


  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add eggs and non-dairy milk and whisk together

  2. In a separate medium sized mixing bowl add flour and salt and stir together

  3. Rinse chicken breast and pat dry

  4. Dip chicken into egg and milk mixture then into flour mixture until lightly coated

  5. Repeat one more time until fully coated

  6. Place chicken on parchment paper until this step has been repeated with each piece of chicken

  7. In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium-high heat

  8. Once skillet is hot, add chicken one piece at a time and reduce heat to medium-low

  9. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side

  10. Remove chicken from pan and place on cooling rack for 5-10 minutes

  11. Garnish with chives

  12. Serve hot with a side of Tessemae's Creamy Ranch or your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
